Interested to here for leaders on how they continue to motivate their teams to Come up with new ideas Challenge their teams Make them feel appreciated As presales teams we work with a multitude of LOB's within our organizations and outside of our day to day activities, more so now I am seeing with my teams, more project, ad-hoc requests coming in. Having all of these extra activities means sometimes there is a need to make sure the SE team are energized and see benefit in these projects. Hence the question above. For me things like Open door policy to share idea's Open forum for the team to feel comfortable saying its not worth doing because.... Give the whole team a chance to volunteer instead of thinking this person might want to do it or that person.
