Curious to hear how other teams measure individual contributors
We use a mix of
Deals involved with (number of opportunities)
Deals won (new ARR)
Deals won (new logos)
These get rolled up into a pretty SFDC leaderboard/dashboard, but there are no defined thresholds/benchmarks (except...don't be at the bottom).
Curious if others have formalized their metrics, and if so are they tied to things like President's club?
