This is a tool to structure thorough and exhaustive exploration of cutting costs and increasing revenue at any given inflection point in a customer journey. Now. Them's a lot of big words. So think of it as an excel spreadsheet dividing your discovery and solution dev into 2 broad categories like data and workflow. Second step is to break down your approach into More/Better/Less/Different (MBLD?) and some memory jogs along the sides - all vertical like.
If you come up with any billion dollar breakthroughs, don't forget me eh? I may need work!

This template is really good. Would really appreciate if you can elaborate more on how we can make the best use of it. I have some confusion in Ideas bar (Data, Work). I am looking forward to use it once I have more clarity.
