Solution Engineer
Location: Remote
Salary: $115K-$125K plus commission
A leading ERP solutions provider is seeking a Solution Engineer to help clients optimize their Acumatica environments. This is a direct hire, remote position with a salary of $115K-$125K plus commission. The company is ready to hire immediately, and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Acumatica, helping clients optimize dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Conduct paid discovery sessions to assess client needs and provide solution blueprints.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, consulting, and account management teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and industry-specific presentations for prospective clients.
- Maintain expertise in Acumatica ERP (Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, Projects) and Microsoft solutions (Power Platform, Azure, M365).
- Assist in building and refining the company’s FastTrack implementation strategy.
Technical Advisor Responsibilities
- Establish demo systems to showcase Acumatica’s capabilities effectively.
- Maintain detailed notes and records in CRM for internal collaboration.
- Support client transitions from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring seamless handoffs.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and create industry-relevant content.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the business application software industry.
- 2+ years of hands-on Acumatica solution design experience.
- Experience working in distribution, manufacturing, construction, e-commerce, or financials is a plus.
