Anticipated Hours: 20-40 per week

We’re looking for an Airtable Implementation Consultant to help clients optimize their Airtable environments, build automations, integrate systems, and train teams. You’ll work directly with clients to design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and goals.
  • Audit and re-architect Airtable bases for scalability, efficiency, and governance.
  • Design and implement role-based interfaces to streamline workflows.
  • Build and optimize automations, scripts, and integrations with platforms like Allocadia, ESP, SharePoint, AMP, and Ariba.
  • Conduct secure data migrations and ensure system compliance.
  • Deliver training sessions tailored to platform owners, executives, procurement teams, and internal technical staff.
  • Support clients post-launch with ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and future automation planning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Airtable base design, schema architecture, and workflow optimization.
  • Experience with automations, scripting, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of governance, role-based access controls, and data security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing consultations and training sessions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, and other enterprise platforms is a plus.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.

As a contractor, you will be paid for the time you work; this does not include paid time off (PTO) or holidays. If you participate in our Payroll Services (W2) engagement, you may be eligible for Paid Sick Leave (PSL), depending on your work location and state-specific regulations.
