🔍 ## What You'll Do:

• Partner with sales teams to design tailored AV solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Leverage your knowledge of Crestron, Biamp, Extron, Shure, and dvLED wall technology to create impactful AV designs.
• Present technical solutions with confidence during client meetings and demos.
• Create detailed drawings, diagrams, and proposals using Visio, AutoCAD, or D-Tools.
• Support RFPs and proposals with compelling technical documentation and accurate BOMs.

🧠 ## What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years in AV systems engineering or presales.
• Expertise in key vendor platforms: Crestron, Biamp, Extron, Shure, and experience designing dvLED wall installations.
• Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• CTS or CTS-D certification a plus (as well as vendor-specific certs).

• Experience with AV-over-IP, unified comms (Zoom/Teams), and cross-functional project support.
