🔧 ### What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the automation team — translating needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Delivering hands-on automation across infrastructure and business processes.
• Supporting internal tool development and API integrations.
• Identifying new opportunities to scale automation across departments.
• Building trust and collaborating with stakeholders in IT, Compliance, HR, Finance, and more.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams in infrastructure and security to shape delivery.

💡 ### We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 3–5 years’ experience in IT, DevOps, automation engineering, or software development.
• Is comfortable in both technical infrastructure and business-facing environments.
• Has hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting, and APIs.
• Thinks like a product owner — able to shape scope, understand business priorities, and deliver value.
• Can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🛠️ ### Tech Stack & Tools You’ll Work With:

• Languages/Frameworks: C#, React (TypeScript), Python, PowerShell (legacy)
• Formats/Tools: YAML, JSON, Markdown
• Domains: Infrastructure automation, API integration
• Bonus: Exposure to financial services or experience with business functions like IT, HR, Finance, Legal, or Compliance.
