Role Overview:

  • Capability across Intelligent Automation technologies - RPA, AI, ML and Analytics
  • Prior experience in working on complex technology deals, preferably around RPA, AI, ML, and Analytics
  • Lead Growth of specific business sectors through targeted client portfolio management resulting in meeting or exceeding revenue and bookings targets
  • Manage and lead the Marketing and PR programs and events to increase revenue opportunities and increase Capgemini’s IA brand equity through blogs, tradeshows, social platforms, CxO Breakfasts, and other Pre-sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain partnerships with IPA technology partners, system integrators, and other industry players to expand the company's market reach.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in IPA, AI & ML, and Analytics to internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Continuously analyze market and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Collaborate with NA GTM business sector leads and Practices to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies that drive demand for IPA solutions through targeted campaigns, events, and community engagement.
  • Responsible for the specific business sector P&L for the portfolio of accounts – Revenue, Booking, and Contribution margin.
  • Qualify major opportunities to be further pursued, drive consistency between Sales strategy (value messages, relationship approach, competitive differentiation) and content work managed by bid team (solution design, pricing, and costing, delivery of proposal, planned project management)
  • Develop and qualify leads into pursuits and close pursuits

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of 12 years experience in selling complex Business and Outsourcing Services.
  • 5 years of experience serving clients in the Services Sector
  • Qualified candidates must have experience in developing new sales opportunities for Services industry clients, supporting the formulating of solutions for sales proposals (including pricing, scope, and schedules), and closing mid-sized deals
  • Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues, and the trends affecting technology spend
  • Track record of achieving annual sales quotas of $ 5MM- $10MM in ABR
  • Recent experience selling consulting services engagements in the $1MM – $5MM range
  • Qualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis
  • This is a “hunter” role and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives within the assigned sector
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills
