Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Upto $180k
  • Bonus / Commission: Up to $300k OTE
  • Car Allowance: None

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships? My client, a high-growth, high-value company serving the skills and talent needs of Fortune 500 companies, is seeking a Channel Director to join their team in New York or Chicago.

My client is dedicated to transforming businesses through a tech-enabled approach to developing people and skills, and delivering real business outcomes. While a household name in learning & e-learning in the UK and Europe, the US team operates like a start-up within the larger business, leveraging recent acquisitions to provide a unified solution to their client base.

The Role:

  • Partner Strategy: Create and execute partner strategy across America by engaging partners around mutual solutions that enhance customers’ experience with the platform.
  • Collaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across GTM, Product, Research & Development to execute strategy.
  • Operational Infrastructure: Develop operational infrastructure to support partnering efforts.
  • Sales Through Partners: Drive net new sales through partners with partner recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Channel Management: Manage partnership sales and channel management with regional SIs, GSIs, and cloud service providers to drive new client acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in high-growth partnership environments with a deep understanding of best practices.
  • Partnerships: Proven success in building partnerships with GSIs, RSIs, and Cloud Service providers such as IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, BCG, Cognizant, etc.
  • Skills: Proactive and driven with a hands-on approach to building and managing partnerships.
