POSITION DESCRIPTION
saleSEER is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to serve as Director of Client Engagement for the medical device vertical. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the application of clinical data in business and a proven track record in sales and client management, particularly within the medical device industry.
As a strategic advisor to medical device manufacturers, you will guide clients in leveraging saleSEER’s advanced data assets to inform commercial strategies, support regulatory submissions, and demonstrate product value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure
- Cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with medical device stakeholders
- Translating complex clinical data into compelling business cases
- Supporting data-driven strategies to facilitate device market access, adoption, and post-market surveillance
- Managing and reporting sales activity in SugarCRM with accuracy and timeliness
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum AND ATTRIBUTES
- 5 years of successful direct sales experience, preferably within medical devices or life sciences
- Strong knowledge of the medical device industry, including commercialization, clinical data, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated success in complex B2B sales with a focus on consultative and solution-based selling
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and expand account value over time
- Familiarity with clinical, regulatory, or health economics data relevant to devices
- Oncology experience is a plus, but not required
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric focus
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or clinical background preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
