POSITION DESCRIPTION  

saleSEER is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to serve as Director of Client Engagement for the medical device vertical. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the application of clinical data in business and a proven track record in sales and client management, particularly within the medical device industry.  

As a strategic advisor to medical device manufacturers, you will guide clients in leveraging saleSEER’s advanced data assets to inform commercial strategies, support regulatory submissions, and demonstrate product value.  

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Driving the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure  
  • Cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with medical device stakeholders  
  • Translating complex clinical data into compelling business cases  
  • Supporting data-driven strategies to facilitate device market access, adoption, and post-market surveillance  
  • Managing and reporting sales activity in SugarCRM with accuracy and timeliness  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum AND ATTRIBUTES  

  • 5 years of successful direct sales experience, preferably within medical devices or life sciences  
  • Strong knowledge of the medical device industry, including commercialization, clinical data, and market dynamics  
  • Demonstrated success in complex B2B sales with a focus on consultative and solution-based selling  
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and expand account value over time  
  • Familiarity with clinical, regulatory, or health economics data relevant to devices  
  • Oncology experience is a plus, but not required  
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills  
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric focus  
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment  
  • Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements  
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or clinical background preferred  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
