AWS Premium Support provides technical solutions to a wide range of global customers as they build their mission-critical applications on top of AWS cloud services. As a member of the AWS Premium Support team in Taipei you will be at the forefront of this transformational technology. You will work with leading companies in this space and directly with the engineering teams within Amazon who are developing new capabilities.

Key Job Responsibilities

As a technical expert, you will face new challenges every day, understanding how cloud services can be applied across different industries and customer scales. You will solve customer cases through various channels such as phone, email, or website, using your expertise to tailor solutions and troubleshoot effectively. Besides encountering diverse scenarios, you will also guide new colleagues, share technical articles, collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution or process improvement, and achieve strategic objectives.

This role supports AWS services related to relational database systems including RDS, Aurora, Database Migration Service, DocumentDB, and more.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
