What is the project about?

Our Human Capital Management (HCM) team is a functional, strategic, and integration consulting leader for Cornerstone OnDemand Talent Management System (CSOD). You will attend our long-term life science client's migration project of the CSOD LMS module. Working in an international and dynamic environment you will cooperate with the client, vendor, and other parties.

What will you do with us?

  • Provide our client with system implementation and hypercare period
  • Template preparation, loading, and validation 
  • Perform system administration
  • Provide support to address questions during development and testing
  • Problem management (troubleshooting issues encountered by users; liaising with CSOD for software issues)
  • End-user support
  • Report development
  • Provide our client with a data extraction strategy from different systems and markets
  • Mapping, matching, and extracting data from one company/location to another 
  • Consult on the detailed project plan and timelines

Our Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience administering CSOD LMS 
  • Experience in a few global migration projects, especially welcome expertise in the validated environment (life science)
  • Strong personality with a can-do mentality
  • Strong customer focus and sense of urgency
  • Proactive approach towards the managed area - Proactively identifies and applies continuous improvement actions and measures within his/her team or area of responsibility
  • Experience with CSOD Implementation process, e.g. Realize, Accelerate, 123!Live or other methodologies
  • Ability to understand the technical challenges to support and guide the team
  • English level: C2 only

Nice To Have

  • Experience with SaaS / Cloud HCM systems, especially Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
  • Understands relevant HR / HCM processes and ability to perform analysis and design of solutions serving their customers
  • Familiar with the GxP concept / Ability to operate on validated environments
  • Practical experience in the development and execution of test cases
  • Practice in document management, including testing artifacts
  • Record of creating/updating project & technical documentation, as well as SoWs and other customer-facing (sales-related) documents
  • Excellence in functionally leading and coordinating teams in multi-cultural environments
  • Effectively leads people for specific endeavors to a high degree of accountability and closer identification with customer objectives
  • Strong in comprehensive thinking and decision-making
  • Good documentation skills & ability to provide input to / review technical documentation
  • Able to communicate effectively, organize and manage self and others' tasks execution
  • Monitors process compliance within the area of responsibility, and escalates processes-related problems to other groups/partners/clients
  • Other foreign languages are a strong plus
  • Technical skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - knowledge of web and back-end technologies
