About the job:

We're looking for a Data + AI Solutions Engineer to join our fast-moving team building GenAI applications on Palantir's platforms. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment where your ideas will have direct impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and intuitive Data and Gen AI workflows that enhance our clients' operational capabilities and drive business success. In this role, you will interact with Clients, Business Analysts, and Engineers, performing the crucial task of analysing and validating business requirements and translating them into detailed data and analytics solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop GenAI solutions using Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP
• Translate insurance business requirements into technical AI implementations
• Build data pipelines and GenAI workflows that deliver real business value
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems 

​

Base salary starts at 2400 € for medior

About you:

​

• Conceptual thinking and quick learning abilities (more important than years of experience)
• Python coding skills to implement data transformations and AI applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or other quantitative field
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in or experience with Palantir platforms
• Experience with GenAI, LangChain, or LLM experimentation
• Knowledge of insurance industry processes and challenges
• Experience with Spark or big data technologies
• Deep knowledge of Witcher lore
