Job Description

Skills required

Highly experienced within SAP implementation and transformation with a proven track record of at least 10 + years, with at least 5+ years operating in a presales role.  

Experienced with large scale transformation projects in SAP environments, with ‘hands-on’ experience of at least a couple S/4HANA transformation projects.  

You need to be commercially astute, developing win-win solutions to create profitable business for and high-value solutions for our clients.  

Adept at advising and consulting our clients with best value and fit solutions and providing guidance to our clients as well as your colleagues and stakeholders internally.  

You have to be constantly on top of innovation and incorporate that to develop a strong vision while creating buy-in from stakeholders and stay up to date on the latest SAP products/offers and positioning.  

Experience in translating business requirements into strategies, roadmaps, and architecture.  

Leading or participating in pre-sales meetings with the customer, understanding the customer’s pain points and collecting solution requirements.  

Working with the sales team to identify SAP opportunities and potential value proposition for SAP opportunities based on interaction.  

Leading conversation and thought leadership in SAP digital transformation including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and additional SAP ecosystems.  

Ability to understand and tackle sophisticated problems through simplification, standardization, and automation of both business processes and IT.  

Developing positive relationships with our clients becoming a trusted advisor.  

Providing functional and technical guidance as part of the solution to ensure that implementation projects are in line with standard methodologies and policies to meet business goals.  

Experience in Application Lifecycle, with an understanding of SAP Applications Management, Development, and Support.
