They are now seeking a Director of Growth & Ecommerce to spearhead their direct-to-consumer (D2C) efforts and bring their cutting-edge technology to homes across the country 🏡.

About the Role

As the Director of Growth & Ecommerce, you will be tasked with building the client’s eCommerce sales channel from the ground up 🛠️. You’ll lead the strategy and execution to drive revenue growth 📈, focusing on scaling their D2C business from 0 to 1 🚀. This is a high-impact role for a growth-minded professional with a proven track record of building and scaling revenue in the fitness, wearables, or sleep tech industries—especially for premium-priced products 💎.

Key Responsibilities

D2C Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive D2C growth strategy, including eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer acquisition 🎯.
  • Identify key channels and tools for scaling revenue and optimizing customer lifetime value 📊.

Ecommerce Management:

  • Leverage eCommerce platforms, tools, and technologies to drive traffic, conversion rates, and sales 💻.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to optimize campaigns and implement best practices for growth 🛍️.

Revenue Growth:

  • Own and manage the P&L for the D2C channel 📈.
  • Test, analyze, and iterate on campaigns to achieve aggressive growth goals 🚀.

Customer Insights & Analytics:

  • Use data-driven insights to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and refine the sales funnel 🔍.
  • Continuously improve website performance and customer experience to maximize conversions 🛒.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with the client’s product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on brand positioning, inventory management, and delivery timelines 🤝.
  • Serve as a bridge between customer feedback and product development 🗣️.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven sales growth experience, ideally in D2C channels for fitness, wearables, sleep tech, or other high-ticket products 💼.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, tools, and strategies, with a history of leveraging agencies to scale revenue ⚙️.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to grow revenue from the ground up (0 to 1) and achieve aggressive growth targets 🏆.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions 📊.
