🔍 Role Overview  

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our growth initiatives and to further expand TPE's presence across North America and globally. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for hockey and a proven track record in sales leadership within the sports technology or SaaS sectors.  

  

💼 Key Responsibilities  

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.  

Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, including hockey federations, leagues, teams, and educational institutions.  

Partnership Expansion: Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance TPE's offerings and reach.  

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and sales tactics.  

  

🎯 Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field.  
  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably within sports technology, SaaS, or a related industry.  
  • Deep understanding of the hockey ecosystem, including youth, junior, collegiate, and professional levels.  
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and lead teams to achieve targets.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
