How We Serve

The Sales Enablement Director, in partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer and Growth Team, will develop near and long-term processes, tools and a support structure that best aligns with the Growth Team needs and priorities. An ongoing key priority is to support revenue growth and sales opportunities. This role carries significant responsibility in identifying and creating process and tools to increase efficiencies of the Sales and Marketing and management of data within the CRM system (Salesforce).

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship between Agency of Record and Spiras
  • Provide support, development and project management on Presentations, Proposal, RFP content and marketing materials as required
  • Project manage client/prospect deliverables, at the direction of and to support Growth Team, during the sales process
  • Manage and maintain data integrity for Sales and Marketing CRMs
  • Produce Sales pipeline reporting for Growth and Leadership teams
  • Sales process/contract process documented
  • Marketing library maintenance
  • Tracking of leading/lagging indicators
  • Campaigning for lead generation
  • Maintain conference spreadsheet, trade events, and coordinate with Marketing the planning and registrations of events
  • Manage the day-to-day interactions with outside consultants and vendor relationships, i.e. business intelligence, expense management, technology/CRM vendors that support the Growth team
  • Liaison for the Growth team and across Enterprise, as requested, for technical training and best practices support
  • Lead projects as assigned from Chief Commerical Officer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, administrator experience, comfort in making edits to overall database/structure
  • Understanding of health plan and healthcare market and terminology
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges and projects in a dynamic and every changing environment
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects with a sense of urgency and detailed follow through
  • Ability to provide analytics and reports from data tracking
  • Ability to be a self-starter
  • Strong sense of customer service for internal and external contacts
  • Ability to understand and support sales process including contributing to the details in the presentations
  • Ability to work within all levels of the organization as requested to coordinate feedback, schedule meetings or other duties as required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and company initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, sales, data, or health care related field
