Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and business development, with a proven track record of managing successful sales strategies. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market trends.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology sales, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management within a competitive landscape.
  • Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.
