What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

•  Develop and implement B2B sales enablement strategies aligned with healthcare segment priorities
•  Collaborate with account team leadership to execute major account plans
•  Guide the marketing pharmacy insights group to identify customer-driven metrics for product and service feasibility
•  Ensure execution of segment strategies to maximize revenue growth
•  Refine the targeted patient experience across various channels to enhance satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

​

​

•  Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry, or High School/GED and at least 9 years of relevant experience
•  Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and supporting strategic business plans
•  Experience presenting to and partnering with executives at the vice president level
•  Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively
•  Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

•  Experience in sales enablement within B2B healthcare
•  Proficient in analytics and data interpretation
•  Experience delivering presentations to large groups of 30 or more
•  Background in contracting, sales, finance, or strategy in a managed care or PBM environment
