About the role:
The Sales Operations team is the backbone of the go-to-market engine, ensuring the sales organization operates efficiently, scales effectively, and is empowered to win. The company is searching for a strategic, execution-oriented Director to lead the Business Partner function. This team of managers and analysts partners closely with Sales leadership to drive operational excellence, deliver cross-functional initiatives, and scale core processes, systems, and policies. With thousands of sellers operating globally, this is a high-impact, highly visibility role with the opportunity to shape the future of the sales strategy—and play a critical part in driving the next phase of growth.
In this role, you will:
- Inspire, lead, and grow a high-performing team of ~15 Sales Operations managers and analysts, driving critical go-to-market initiatives while scaling core business processes, policies, and technologies.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales Leadership, shaping the roadmap and priorities for operational projects—and ensuring flawless execution, timely delivery, and transparent communication across stakeholders.
- Be the voice of Sales in major company-wide transformations, advocating for the needs of the sellers and ensuring seamless alignment between business strategy and operational execution.
- Continuously uncover opportunities to optimize and evolve, redesigning processes and policies to drive efficiency, consistency, and growth at scale—supported by clear operational metrics.
- Own global Sales Policy governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity through regular audits and well-maintained documentation across teams and regions.
- Lead change management and training efforts in close collaboration with Sales Enablement and Sales Programs—ensuring smooth adoption and strong user engagement for new systems and processes.
- Champion, role model, and embed the cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as the company scales globally and across new offices.
- Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university
- 10+ years of experience in a sales operations role,
- 5+ years in a people management role, preferably at a high performing technology company at scale; or experience in similar growth or operations roles in a dynamic environment
- Proven experience in leadership, management, and hiring
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle escalated projects independently end-to-end
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand sales policies and processes at a company and individual sales rep level
An ideal candidate also has:
- Bachelors’ of Science degree or advanced education in Business, Finance, Economics, Economic Business, or Engineering
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salary Range
$141,960—$228,150 USD
