Enterprise Sales Director - Retail Media/Ecommerce AdTech: 

Salary: $100-135K + commission 

Location: Los Angeles, CA

As a Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of the digital advertising revolution, working directly with clients and brands to deliver cutting-edge advertising strategies and solutions. 

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our client's team as an individual contributor. This role is based in Los Angeles and requires a professional with a robust network of contacts within the client and brand space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Retail Media and Ecommerce AdTech landscape, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and engage potential clients and brands, leveraging your existing network to drive sales and expand market presence. 
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets, aligning with the company's goals and objectives. 
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client companies and brands. 
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. 
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction. 
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 


  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the Retail Media, Ecommerce AdTech, or related digital advertising industries. 
  • Network: Established network of contacts within the client and brand space is a must. 
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. 
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Retail Media and Ecommerce AdTech landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
