##Job Description 

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our sales team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a background in enterprise pre-sales including technology risk, compliance, data, and security. This role is key to managing strategic relationships and pivotal in meeting our market potential.

You will be responsible for working with our sales team to deliver customer-focused demonstrations, supporting PoCs in the field and supporting customer satisfaction once onboarded.

You will be providing remote and in-person technology engagement across multiple geographies and time zones often requiring a degree of flexibility in working patterns.

###KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting the sales organization with technical pre-sales activities including RFQs and RFPs, workshops, product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Identifying unique market and competitive positioning and feeding information back to the Product R&D and Marketing teams.
  • Helping to translate a customer business requirement into a technology solution.
  • Maintaining a high level of awareness of developments in Ground Labs R&D as well as general technology changes including overall trends in compliance and regulation to ensure we deliver best-in-market solutions to our clients and partners.
  • Support our Enterprise partners through readiness and technical knowledge transfer, and deal-specific opportunities.
  • Delivering presentations and webinars to wide audiences
  • Ability to travel circa 30% of your time to meet customers, prospects, and business partners.

###REQUIREMENTS

  • Deep experience in the Information Technology Compliance, Risk, Data, or Security Industry (Certifications in Compliance, Risk Assessment, CISM, CISA, CISSP a plus.)
  • Delivered successful pilots and proof of concepts.
  • Competent interacting at the senior architect level as well as with a business leader / CxO level.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a simplified format to large audiences
  • Ability to navigate complex customer environments
  • Ability to meet goals and work effectively independently to achieve team and individual objectives
  • Provide high levels of customer service in a professional manner
  • Demonstrate how you’ve helped others in your existing organization and established lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy environment and under time constraints.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Technical know-how to create and maintain systems to use for solution demonstrations
  • Experience working as part of a globally distributed team
