Talon Hiring Solutions is seeking an innovative and strategic ERP Implementation Manager to lead the deployment, enhancement, and optimization of Acumatica ERP system. This individual will champion AI-powered process improvements, develop enterprise-level reporting capabilities, and drive technology-enabled transformation across the organization.

What you will do:

​

• Lead the end-to-end planning, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Acumatica ERP platform, ensuring seamless integration with core business processes.
• Conduct process mapping, identify inefficiencies, and integrate AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and enhance operational decision-making.
• Develop training materials and lead onboarding sessions to build internal capabilities and ensure user adoption of Acumatica and related technologies.
• Design and manage advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI, delivering actionable, real-time insights to stakeholders across all departments.
• Identify and implement AI-driven tools that improve productivity, reduce operational costs, and elevate.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR teams to align ERP functionality with business needs and long-term strategic goals.
• Oversee regular system updates, perform troubleshooting, maintain data integrity, and enforce cybersecurity best practices.

What you will bring:

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and process improvement (Acumatica preferred).
• Proficient in Power BI for building data visualizations and business intelligence reports.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and automation tools for business process enhancement.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience in workflow optimization, system design, and change management.
• Acumatica Certification or certifications in comparable ERP systems.
• Background in AI/ML integration within business systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, SaaS environments, and cybersecurity protocols.
