💰 Compensation: $160K–$195K Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus + Equity Potential

We’re partnered with a cutting-edge battery technology innovator at the forefront of next-generation lithium-ion solutions. With applications across aviation, consumer electronics, robotics, and electric mobility, they’re solving some of the most critical challenges in energy density and weight efficiency.

The company is looking to hire a Global Director of Sales to lead strategic commercial efforts across major OEMs and emerging tech sectors worldwide. This is a high-impact, leadership role with ownership of global revenue growth, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

🌍 Global Sales Leadership 

Drive revenue growth by owning global sales strategy across consumer electronics, robotics, aerospace, and auto OEM segments.

🤖 Strategic Account Management 

Build and expand long-term relationships with major OEMs and Tier 1s across industries leveraging advanced battery solutions.

✈️ Emerging Market Penetration 

Identify and develop sales opportunities in high-growth, high-spec verticals such as eVTOL, wearable tech, and advanced robotics.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration 

Partner with R&D, product, and executive leadership to align customer feedback with product roadmap and delivery timelines.

📊 Forecasting & GTM Execution 

Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and tactical execution of go-to-market plans; report directly to the executive team.

🌐 Global Expansion 

Spearhead the company’s commercial footprint across North America, APAC, and Europe.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Battery Tech Expertise 

Proven experience selling advanced battery or energy storage technologies to OEMs or enterprise customers.

✅ Vertical Experience 

Strong exposure to at least two of the following: consumer electronics, robotics, aviation/aerospace, or automotive OEMs.

✅ Global Sales Acumen 

Experience managing international accounts and scaling enterprise-level hardware or deep-tech products globally.

✅ Executive Communication 

Able to confidently pitch to C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex technical sales cycles.

✅ Based in U.S. 

Bay Area preferred; open to strong remote candidates. Travel expected (domestic + international).
