About The Job
As the Global Head of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing a robust sales enablement strategy, with a key focus on Command of the Message (CoM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building, implementing, and enabling an enterprise sales motion that integrates CoM as a cornerstone of success.
This leadership role is vital to ensuring that all sales teams and client-facing roles across the globe are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to drive revenue growth. Your work will be pivotal in aligning the global go-to-market strategy with actionable and measurable sales enablement programs that empower teams to succeed in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
Duties And Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving the global enablement strategy by:
- Command of the Message Ownership: Lead the creation, maintenance, and deployment of CoM across all sales teams, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment in every customer interaction.
- Sales Motion Implementation: Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive enterprise sales motion that integrates CoM and supports global revenue growth.
- Enablement Program Development: Build scalable enablement programs and tools for sales teams, ensuring they have the resources needed to excel at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to ensure enablement strategies align with overall go-to-market initiatives.
- Global Training and Onboarding: Design and deliver global onboarding programs, as well as continuous training to keep sales teams up-to-date on product offerings, competitive landscape, and sales methodologies.
- Sales Tools and Technology: Ensure that sales teams have access to the right tools and technology to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
- Performance Metrics: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data-driven insights to optimize and iterate strategies.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure clear communication and alignment between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maintain consistency in messaging and customer engagement.
- Travel: Open to travel as needed to support enablement initiatives, training sessions, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, with a deep understanding of the Command of the Message (CoM) framework or similar methodologies.
- Proven experience in developing and scaling enterprise sales processes globally, with a focus on measurable impact.
- Strong expertise in building and executing sales enablement programs that enhance performance across global teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales operations, processes, and tools to create high-impact enablement strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to assess enablement program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in a global role with a distributed workforce is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in technology or cybersecurity-related fields.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring global sales teams.
- Familiarity with MEDDPIC or similar sales methodologies.
Working conditions
This role is a full-time salaried position. Work hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office.
Physical Requirements
The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer screen, extensive reading, and visual inspection involving small defects. This is sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
