Now, they’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead their commercial strategy across North America—a region primed for expansion.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, complex sales environments. You’ll be tasked with building and executing the go-to-market strategy across the U.S. and Canada, leading enterprise sales efforts, and unlocking new revenue opportunities across the capital markets ecosystem.

You’ll manage an experienced sales team, drive high-value deals, and help shape the next chapter of growth for a business that’s scaling fast across the Americas.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and scale a high-performing sales team covering the U.S. and Canada
  • Own the regional sales strategy and execution for a diverse suite of capital markets solutions
  • Partner with C-level clients across banking, buy-side, and financial infrastructure
  • Drive large, strategic sales cycles—from digital assets to clearing tech and beyond
  • Collaborate with global leadership on regional planning, pipeline building, and pricing
  • Identify and close new business while nurturing long-term enterprise relationships

  • Based in North America, with a willingness to travel as needed
