Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Lead with expertise in the Healthcare Provider domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise healthcare solutions focused on provider data management, interoperability, and system integrations.

​

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT with a focus on the provider domain.

• Strong expertise in provider data management, credentialing, and network management systems.

• Hands-on experience with FHIR, HL7, EDI 837/835 transactions, and healthcare APIs.

• Experience working with MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce Health Cloud, or custom provider management platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data integration strategies.

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills to bridge business and technical teams.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Develop end-to-end architecture for provider data management, credentialing, network adequacy, and interoperability solutions.

• Healthcare Provider Systems: Work on solutions related to provider directories, contracting, enrollment, and claims processing.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business teams, IT teams, and external partners to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Integration & Interoperability: Design solutions that integrate with EHR/EMR systems, payer platforms, and third-party applications, leveraging FHIR, HL7, and APIs.

• Regulatory Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulations.

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to development and implementation teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, scalability, and security.

• Cloud & Data Strategy: Develop cloud-based solutions leveraging Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for provider data management and analytics.
