About the Role

As an Implementation Manager, you’ll lead the charge in bringing CRM strategies to life for our clients. You’ll run client discovery sessions, turn insights into structured plans, and manage cross-functional delivery through collaboration with our solution architects, change enablement leads, and technical consultants.

This role blends project management, business analysis, and client relationship leadership—all in service of delivering HubSpot implementations that drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead CRM implementation projects from kickoff through go-live  
  • Translate client needs into detailed project scopes and timelines  
  • Coordinate technical, training, and strategic deliverables with internal teams  
  • Manage client communications, status updates, and ongoing expectations  
  • Proactively identify risks and problem-solve to keep projects on scope and budget  
  • Drive team accountability to ensure successful, timely delivery  
  • Monitor individual utilization (target: 80%+) and project profitability  
  • Support continuous improvement of Denamico's delivery processes

About You

  • 5+ years in CRM Project Manager role with an agency  
  • Proven track record managing B2B technology implementations  
  • Strong understanding of CRM (HubSpot preferred) and revenue operations  
  • Analytical thinker with excellent communication and client-facing skills  
  • Proactive, organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments  
  • Passionate about process improvement and team collaboration  
  • Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and naturally curious  
  • HubSpot certifications or platform experience is a plus

  • 85%+ client satisfaction (CSAT) scores  
  • Projects consistently delivered on time and within ±5% of budget  
  • Clear and thorough documentation of business requirements

Day in the Life: Implementation Manager

  • Lead a discovery call to map a client’s current sales workflow  
  • Update project plan in ClickUp and assign next sprint tasks  
  • Join a call with the Solution Architect to confirm integration requirements  
  • Send a follow-up email summarizing next steps from a client check-in  
  • Flag a potential timeline risk and recommend a mitigation plan  
  • Review and approve updated training documentation  
  • Track budget and ensure hours are logged accurately
