Senior Procore Implementation Consultant

Remote – United States | Full-Time

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Procore Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor and primary consultant for both new and existing clients, helping them unlock the full value of Procore through seamless implementation and tailored configuration.

This is a fully remote role based in the U.S., with an immediate start available.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on all things Procore and construction technology, delivering high-quality consulting and implementation services.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and define system requirements.
• Design, configure, and deploy Procore solutions tailored to client workflows.
• Develop SOPs, support UAT, and manage project communications, including updates, risk assessments, and stakeholder reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and clear, reliable follow-through.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
• Apply proven implementation methodologies while continuously looking for ways to add value to our clients’ operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on Procore implementation experience
• 5+ years of business-facing experience, ideally in consulting, construction / ConTech
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent documentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
• Background in accounting, finance, or construction strongly preferred
• Procore certification a plus
