About the role:

As an Implementation Consultant at Peppr, you will be the driving force behind seamless Peppr POS installations for our restaurant clients. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our restaurant clients have a seamless and successful experience from the time they join us until their full integration and beyond. You'll utilize your tech-savvy and customer-focused skills to coordinate project setups, guide clients through system configuration, and provide essential support during the critical onboarding phase. This role requires you to travel onsite to our customers, which means this person must be located in the Dallas Fort Worth metro area.

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Onboarding and Implementation: 

  • Coordinate with Sales team and Account Managers for project preparation and documentation and conduct onsite or remote site surveys to determine the networking needs of our clients prior to installation. 
  • Organize welcome visits/calls with new clients and guide clients through the initial setup and configuration of their Peppr system. 
  • Conduct and coordinate Onsite/Remote Training, Installations and Go Live support.
  • Ensure clients are comfortable and proficient with the Peppr system by acting as a quarterback throughout the process. 

Post-Install Support: 

  • Monitor client accounts post-installation to ensure satisfaction and proper system usage, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues that arise during the initial 30-day period. 
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, including large books of onboarding business (50+ restaurants) 

 

Basic Requirements:  

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, client success, account management, or a similar role within the restaurant or technology industry. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% for onsite training and installations as needed. 

We’re also looking for: 

  • Experience providing technical expertise for network setup, system configuration, module integrations and other technical related works.
  • 1+ years of POS experience, ideally in the hospitality industry with technical background
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 
  • Professional experience in a SaaS company 
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
