Job Title: Implementation Manager, Analytics

Job Summary: 

The Implementation Manager provides strategic and operational leadership managing customer implementations. The Implementation Manager will lead the implementation team that implements analytics products.

Essential Functions:

  • Establishes and maintains structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization’s goals and objectives; recruits, employs, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff.
  • Establishes and implements short and long term range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness; affects changes required for improvement.
  • Work collectively with all business units across company to remove barriers to effectively implement new, renewal, and upsell business on time, on budget, on quality, on client satisfaction
  • Create scalable, repeatable implementation processes for department.
  • Contribute to and maintain in-depth knowledge of strategic and tactical business plans.
  • Maintain knowledge of all existing and new solutions.
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, identifying trends and recommending system improvement
  • Training: Create and enhance an established and consistent training program that will engage new hires and assist with understanding our product outline and build with the goal to reduce new employee ramp up time
  • Documentation: maintaining a consistent format from all areas that can be utilized across cross-functional teams
  • Work collectively with all business units to implement new, renewal, and upsell business on time, on budget, on quality, on client satisfaction
  • Problem solve issues with implementations and customers including scoping of business needs and creatively finding solutions to unique circumstances

Minimum Requirements:

Specific Job Skills:

  • Strong operational management skills with experience in proactively monitoring employees and workload commitments
  • Interest and experience in data analytics
  • Demonstrated leadership style that communicates, instills confidence, and inspires and motivates others
  • Enjoys software implementation lifecycle and establishing true partnerships with customers
  • Ability to work with a technology-based product and many different formats of data
  • Ability to work independently under limited supervision while driving multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • Strong multi-tasking ability to manage multiple projects and have many “irons in the fire”
  • Flexible and easily adapts to new environments
  • Innovative and takes initiative; constantly looking for areas for process improvement
  • In-depth planning and problem solver
  • Certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
  • HIPAA adherence and knowledge for the company and its customers
  • Strong understanding of products and the company product plan for future development; ability to expertly lead the team to promote product functionality

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field


  • 5+ years progressive management experience in leading large-scale project initiatives
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
  • HealthCare experience recommended but not required, preferable around Revenue Cycle Management

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
