Role overview:

As one of the early members of the customer success team, you will play an important role in the onboarding of customers and ongoing account management to ensure that customers get maximum value from the product.

  • All-rounder customer success role wearing many hats across implementation, adoption, support, expansion and renewals
  • Project manage the implementation of the SaaS solution, ensuring seamless integration with the customers existing systems
  • Engage with users at regular intervals to deliver training and support throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and ensuring product adoption while also identifying areas for account expansion
  • Partner with all customers, large and small
  • Lead contract renewals, including conversion of POCs and annual renewals

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in similar positions such as technical customer success, client success, technical account manager, implementation, onboarding, project manager, post-sales, or professional services
  • Data savvy and experience with SQL queries
  • Strong desire to join a startup environment as part of a small and fast-growing team
  • An excellent communicator who can convey new concepts in a straightforward and accessible way
  • Commercial mindset that helps to retain customers and identify new opportunities to expand product use
  • Quick to learn a new SaaS product to guide customers effectively
  • A collaborative team player, capable of thriving in a remote work setting
