Infor CloudSuite Industrial Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Administration: Administer and configure the Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP system to meet business requirements, including module configuration, user setup, and security management.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain sales, purchasing, production, shipping, engineering, month-end, and annual reports to support business operations, ensuring accurate and timely information availability.
• Application Management: Manage and support integrated applications within Infor CloudSuite Industrial to ensure seamless operation and data integrity.
• Module Configuration: Configure Infor CloudSuite Industrial modules to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization.
• Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and Birst.
• Custom Integrations: Oversee custom integrations with external systems and applications to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest Infor CloudSuite Industrial features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize system performance and their applicability to the organization.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and customization details.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to resolve issues related to the Infor CloudSuite Industrial system. Respond to support tickets, diagnose problems, and implement solutions promptly.

Job Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MUST HAVE: Performed at least 2 Infor Syteline or Infor CloudSuite Industrial Implementations 
• Technical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Certifications: Certification in Infor Infor CloudSuite Industrial administration or relevant ERP certifications is a plus.
