Technical Specialist – Industrial Edge Solutions

We’re looking for a hands on problem solver with a knack for tech and a passion for innovation. In this hybrid pre-sales and post-sales role, you’ll support customer facing initiative; configuring and deploying edge solutions, contributing to successful rollouts, and helping teams unlock value fast. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients during early-stage projects, and take the lead on implementations, support, and ongoing solution expansion.

What You'll Tackle:

• Guide technical setups and tailor solutions for customer pilots and deployments
• Serve as a go to expert for field implementation and product integration
• Provide second line support and refine reusable best practices
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align on customer needs and feedback
• Get hands-on with edge tech, containers, cloud, and data systems

• Familiarity with factory/OT environments and industrial networking
• Comfortable with scripting, containerization, and Linux systems
• Excited by problem-solving, fast-paced change, and continuous learning
• Confident working with both customers and technical teams
