Must Have:

1. Hands-on IT experience in Kinaxis Maestro (Not end-user experience).
2. Experience with Kinaxis Maestro, including implementation, development, and support.
3. Good understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and S&OP.
4. Ability to configure customized solutions in Kinaxis.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.

Nice to have:

• Certification of Author level 2 in Kinaxis, along with other Badge certifications like demand planning, inventory planning, etc.
• SAP/Oracle ERP knowledge
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Good team leader.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

• Understand supply chain planning challenges and provide expert guidance on implementing Kinaxis solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop business process designs leveraging Kinaxis capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Design, build, and configure applications using Kinaxis.
• Understanding of the data model of Demand/Supply planning/Inventory planning applications.
• Understand user issues in the live environment and troubleshoot towards root cause analysis and a permanent fix.
• Deliver code development; conduct unit testing and system integration testing (SIT).
• Train team in enhancing their Kinaxis RR skillset.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for developed applications.
• Understand the implemented solution document.
• Work independently with clients and lead small/large-sized team.
