Job Title: Director, Solutions Architect – Cybersecurity Startup (US-Based)  

Location: United States (Remote)  

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Solutions Architecture to join a fast-growing cybersecurity startup. The ideal candidate will have a background in early-stage cybersecurity startups, a strong focus on go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) products and solutions.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead the solutions architecture function, providing technical leadership and guidance for the sales team and customers.  
• Work closely with sales and product teams to define and implement GTM strategies for IAM products and solutions.  
• Design and deliver complex IAM solutions to meet client needs, ensuring successful deployment and integration.  
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating their security challenges into technical solutions.  
• Oversee the development of technical collateral and resources to support sales efforts.  

Requirements:  

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within early-stage cybersecurity startups.  
• Strong expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) products and solutions.  
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, work cross-functionally, and drive GTM initiatives.  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
