This firm specializes in strategy-driven NetSuite implementations, cloud modernization, and cross-functional digital solutions. Their team supports clients ranging from innovative startups to large global enterprises across verticals such as tech, manufacturing, SaaS, and distribution.

The Role

​

This is a senior client-facing opportunity where you’ll lead end-to-end NetSuite projects and provide strategic guidance on cloud finance transformation. You’ll play a critical role in designing, configuring, and optimizing tailored solutions across Record-to-Report and Lead-to-Cash cycles, while mentoring junior consultants and collaborating cross-functionally.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map complex finance processes and design scalable solutions.
• Configure NetSuite to meet client-specific needs across Record-to-Report, Lead-to-Cash, and Intercompany flows.
• Work across global teams to implement Consolidations, Multibook, and Revenue Management (ARM) features.
• Manage integrations and customizations, supporting tools such as Salesforce, Shopify, and others.
• Guide testing, cutover planning, and post-deployment optimization.
• Act as a mentor and trusted advisor to junior team members and clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of NetSuite consulting experience, ideally with a recognized Alliance Partner or Big 4 firm.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of NetSuite Financials, Intercompany accounting, Multibook, CTA analysis, and financial reporting.
• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Multi-Book, SuiteFoundation, etc.) are highly valued.
• Experience with ERP data migration, system integrations, and client-facing solution architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel based on project needs.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
