Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer – AI-Powered Content Management for eCommerce

Location: East Coast, with travel to Boston 1-2 times per quarter.

About the Role:

As a Pre-Sales Engineer based on the East Coast, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our client's growth in the US market. Working closely with Account Directors, you’ll provide technical pre-sales support and contribute to customer success efforts. This role offers direct engagement with clients, helping to drive growth and potentially paving the way to leadership opportunities as the team scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical pre-sales for approximately 10-15 accounts in collaboration with Account Directors.
• Conduct workshops, client interactions, and upselling efforts.
• Offer expert support on CMS platforms, including front-end and SaaS solutions (Salesforce familiarity preferred).

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in CMS or SaaS.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to conduct large-scale workshops.
