Role Description

​

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Poznan Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Presales Engineer Cybersec will be responsible for technical support, engaging in presales activities, collaborating with sales teams, and performing integration and security tasks. The role involves interacting with clients to understand their requirements, designing and proposing suitable cybersecurity solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and integration.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Integration skills
• Experience in Presales and Sales activities
• Strong knowledge of Security protocols and solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Experience with managed services like SOC and NOC is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
