Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Pre-Sales Engagements: Lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and craft tailored solutions that align with AI and cloud transformation objectives.
• Design Scalable Cloud & AI Solutions: Architect advanced solutions for AI/ML workloads and cloud-native applications, primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), that are scalable, secure, and aligned with customer business goals.
• Hands-on Prototyping & Proof of Concepts: Build and present impactful AI PoCs using Python and GCP services to demonstrate the feasibility and ROI of solutions using real-world data.
• Product Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Deliver compelling demos, technical workshops, and PoCs that showcase the unique capabilities of Techolution's AI accelerators and cloud solutions, driving customer trust and generating inbound leads.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to align technical solutions with their strategic goals. Cultivate deep, long-lasting relationships built on empathy, technical expertise, and a customer-first approach.
• Drive Product Adoption: Accelerate the deployment and successful adoption of AI solutions by collaborating with client teams, ensuring smooth technical implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs, technical solutions, and cohesive messaging throughout the sales cycle.
• Customer Feedback Loop: Gather and relay valuable customer feedback to inform the development and enhancement of AI/Cloud products and shape future product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Strong experience in pre-sales, customer engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, with a focus on cloud technologies, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven experience in designing and deploying AI/ML workloads on GCP, including building data pipelines, implementing AI solutions, and leveraging cloud-native architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience building AI prototypes and PoCs using Python and ML frameworks, demonstrating real-world technical feasibility and business value.
• Ability to lead technical workshops, deliver impactful demos, and engage with both technical and executive stakeholders to influence decisions and drive adoption.
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of simplifying complex technical concepts and presenting them in a clear, value-driven manner to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, product) to craft integrated solutions and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• A customer-first mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation, adept at aligning cutting-edge technology with tangible business outcomes.
