Position

​

We are looking for an experienced Product Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, delivery team, and engineers to understand customer needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration of TeamBuilder’s offerings. You will serve as a technical expert, helping clients maximize the value of our platform.

​

This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you MUST reside within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

​

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert and bridge the gap between customers' needs and the technical capabilities of our product from pre-sales through implementation. Consult on technical issues, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation. Actively engage with customers to understand their specific business challenges and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, delivery, sales) to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions for SaaS deployments and complex configurations and integrations.
• Identify and resolve issues that customers encounter when integrating their applications with the product's APIs.
• Serve as a product and technical advisor, assisting in developing best practices, troubleshooting and optimizing customer use of the product.
• Consult on technical issues, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation. As needed, conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept implementations, and post-sale support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and playbooks for both customers and internal teams; encourage client knowledge development (with use of our LMS).
• Stay up to date with emerging SaaS trends, security best practices, and industry advancements to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS solutions engineering, implementation, or technical consulting role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, data mapping and automation in SaaS environments.
• A proven understanding of data science and working with different configuration options to open workflows.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL.
• Actively seek to learn TeamBuilder’s product and refine technical skills to support product delivery and client success.
• Establish effective relationships and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions with both clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (use of Asana is ideal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex SaaS implementations.
• Knowledge of identity management (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and security best practices.
• Ability/desire to implement some Chat bot / AI functions into the platform to enable customers to easily get responses to standard, day-to-day questions.
• Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones.
