Location: Southern California / Orange County Preferred | Laguna Hills, CA Office
Salary: $75,000 base salary + commission on sales and retention + bonus potential
About the role:
Recall Masters is seeking a dynamic Hybrid Regional Director of Client Success who will serve a dual role — managing and growing an assigned book of business while actively prospecting and securing new dealer partnerships. This position requires a highly motivated individual who excels at both building long-term client relationships and driving new business growth through targeted outreach and sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Retention (Existing Clients):
- Manage and retain your assigned book of business across multiple rooftops and locations.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within your client base.
- Execute 100% monthly client touchpoints through phone calls, webinars, and onsite visits.
- Conduct quarterly in-person performance reviews with decision-makers, as directed by leadership.
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional rooftops, product enhancements, and upgrades.
- Refer and qualify new opportunities within your book of business by aligning client needs with Recall Masters’ products and services.
- Document all client activities, insights, and feedback in CRM (Salesforce) daily.
- Serve as a voice of the client, providing relevant feedback to cross-functional departments.
New Business Development (Sales):
- Act as a regional "hunter" to identify and engage prospective dealers across a multi-state territory.
- Manage a monthly pipeline targeting non-paying dealers with a goal of closing five (5) new rooftops per month and generating $25K in new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Present Recall Masters product offerings via in-person meetings and webinars.
- Create and maintain a Top 10 / Big 50 target list and conduct a minimum of 20 product overview presentations per month.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and tailoring Recall Masters solutions accordingly.
- Send proposals and maintain consistent follow-up on all active opportunities.
- Log all sales activity in the company CRM (Salesforce) without exception.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Retention & Churn Mitigation: 50% of performance-based compensation.
- Book of Business Growth (Referrals/Upsells): 25% of performance-based compensation.
- New Business Development (New Rooftops/Revenue): 25% of performance-based compensation.
- 100% CRM activity logging (Salesforce) is mandatory.
- All working days must be accounted for with qualified client or prospect engagements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably in the automotive or SaaS industries.
- Ability to manage client relationships and close new business within a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel regionally for in-person meetings and presentations 75% and 25% in home/office.

Other Requirements:
This role leverages a flex-schedule that may involve nontraditional working hours. Must be able to work from the Recall Masters office or remotely from a home office, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience. This position is eligible to US citizens physically residing in the US, any offer of employment is contingent upon background, drug screen, and reference checks.
