The Role

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be a key driver of Arms Cyber’s growth, leading new enterprise account acquisition across your territory. You’ll work collaboratively across SEs, channel partners, field events, sales development, and customer success to quarterback the sales process and deliver results. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned, strategic seller who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through a structured, measurable sales process and tailored enterprise sales campaigns  

• Identify net-new enterprise prospects through discovery calls, partner meetings, events, registrations, and personal prospecting  

• Manage 10–20 concurrent enterprise opportunities per quarter while maintaining momentum on long-term strategic deals  

• Understand competitive positioning and customer outcomes to qualify opportunities and align Arms Cyber solutions to enterprise needs  

• Collaborate with internal lead generation resources to build and expand a healthy pipeline  

• Build strong rapport with prospects and act as quarterback for the sales process, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders  

• Lead weekly territory calls and foster collaboration among pre-sales, marketing, inside sales, and partner development teams

Who You Are

• Skilled in consultative selling techniques within a structured sales framework  

• Strong verbal and written communicator, able to engage customers and colleagues at all levels  

• Comfortable operating independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team  

• Proficient with technology, CRM systems, and spreadsheet analysis  

• Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences  

• Adaptable in dynamic product, market, and competitive environments  

• Proven leader within cross-functional sales efforts, including managing territory calls and partner communications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct or channel sales experience, with strong prospecting ability  

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas  

• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology services sales  

• Track record of working effectively in collaborative team environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
