Company Overview
We are seeking a Sales Director to establish and manage new business accounts with a smart building solutions company that provides real-time insights to improve space utilization and performance.
Compensation
$140,000 - $180,000 Base and $300,000 - $330,000 OTE + Equity
Location
Remote - US based and may require 10%-15% domestic travel
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Establish new logo/account relationships.
- Key Account Management: Build deep customer profiles, manage buying committees, and maintain sales pipeline to exceed revenue goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts and maximize impact.
- Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a trusted thought leader in building intelligence insights and product development.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
- Experience: 8+ yrs of SaaS, or IoT sales exp into CRE, property tech, smart buildings.
- Track Record: Over-achieving $1.5m - $2m ARR.
- Existing Relationships: Established account and buyer relationships.
- Collaboration: Creative, with the ability to inspire and energize the sales team and maintain a collaborative culture.
