About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive new business and expand our clients presence for Google Workspace across North America. This is a remote individual contributor role with high visibility and the potential to grow into a leadership position.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in selling Google Workspace specifically—this is not a generic Google Cloud role. We’re looking for someone who can speak fluently about Workspace apps like Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, and the full collaboration suite, and who knows how to sell their value into enterprise and mid-market organizations.
Beyond tactical sales execution, we’re also looking for someone with a strategic mindset—someone who can build and evolve sales strategies, identify white space in the market, and think long-term about growth and positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for Google Workspace, from pipeline generation to closing deals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business goals and market trends
- Identify and prioritize high-opportunity accounts across North America
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, articulating the full value of Google Workspace
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure long-term account success
- Analyze performance data to optimize tactics and report progress against KPIs
- Bring a strategic lens to business development—spotting new use cases, industries, and customer segments
- Contribute to GTM planning and feedback loops with leadership
- Potential to hire and lead a high-performing team as the business scales
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience selling Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
- Proven success in an individual contributor role with consistent quota attainment
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic sales initiatives
- Strong knowledge of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and enterprise buying processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
- U.S.-based
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background at a Google reseller, partner, or similar high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience selling to IT, Digital Transformation, or Operations leaders
- Familiarity with Google Workspace reseller ecosystems or licensing models
