Your Mission:
Strategic Growth & Business Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, driving growth in both hard and soft FM services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, healthcare, retail, education, and government sectors.
- Lead competitive bid and tender processes, positioning us as the preferred service provider.
Client Excellence & Relationship Management:
- Forge and nurture high-value relationships with senior decision-makers and industry partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, crafting customized solutions that address unique client needs and enhance satisfaction.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive profitability and strategic alignment.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and agreements to optimize profitability and market share.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of proven leadership experience in Facilities Management sales.
- Strong industry connections and expertise in B2B sales, key account management, and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales processes, including large-scale bids and tenders.
- Exceptional financial acumen, leadership capability, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep experience in outsourced FM services (maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, etc.).
- Knowledge of contract management and regulatory compliance within the FM sector.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Facilities Management (MBA a plus).
