Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and manage relationships with key accounts. Day-to-day tasks include leading the sales team, meeting with clients, developing sales proposals, conducting market research, and reporting sales performance metrics. The Sales Director will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding Clobotics' market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, and account management
  • Strong knowledge of computer vision, AI/ML, and data analytics is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the retail or technology industry is highly desired
