Sales Director - TOLA

As a Director of Sales, your charter will be to lead the growth of a territory consisting of existing customers and prospective customers. We are looking for somebody with at least 8 years of experience in data analytics or cloud consulting and with a consistent track record of growing their portfolio of business.

- Stay abreast of technology developments relevant to Impetus and its competitors, the latest advancements in GenAI research, and industry trends.
- Consulting Experience: The candidate must have experience selling complex consulting projects.
- Proximity & Adaptability: Willingness to be geographically close to key prospects or customer decision-makers, be able to walk customer hallways.
Good To Have
- Experience as a presales solution consultant who would like to transition into sales or a client partner for global or boutique consulting firms would be a good fit for this role.
Role
- Strategic Account Leadership
- Work with the RVP and Business Development to develop and implement strategic account plans that help drive Land and Expand strategy for new customers.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned customers, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Relationship Management
- Leverage executive-level relationships to strengthen or build the company’s presence and strategically utilize team resources for impactful client engagement.
- Solution Development & Delivery
- Support and facilitate delivery teams to ensure success and satisfaction.
- Work closely with client teams, pre-sales engineering, and delivery teams to build winning sales proposals and establish strong client relationships.
- Business Development
- Create, leverage, and manage ABM plans for organic growth and brand visibility in your assigned territory.
- Leverage the ecosystem of cloud and cloud data services partners to find new growth opportunities. The ability to develop trusted relationships with Partner's field teams is a must.
- Present overall Impetus story comprising of capabilities, offerings, and solutions.
- Advocacy & Collaboration
- Represent the customer's needs and interests within Impetus.
- Foster a positive team culture by building enthusiasm, collaboration, and support within and outside the organization.
