Sales Engineer

As a skilled technical advisor and internal advocate, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to identify value-driven solutions, validate feasibility, and implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Your goal: eliminate technical barriers, streamline the sales process, and set the stage for long-term achievement!

Responsibilities
Accelerate Technical Sales Journeys
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to identify key problems, propose innovative technical solutions, and validate feasibility.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert in meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring customer needs are effectively addressed.
- Configure and tailor the Trackunit solution to align with customer requirements, showcasing its value and impact.
- Oversee technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs), including setting up test environments with accounts, CAN profiles, and API access, to validate technical feasibility and streamline the sales process—enhancing Trackunit’s ability to win deals by reducing technical friction.
Enhance Technical Success for New Leads
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to ensure technical commitments made during the sales process are both feasible and aligned with delivery capabilities.
- Establish trust with technical stakeholders at prospective customer organizations by providing clear, expert guidance on Trackunit’s technical capabilities and solutions.
Coordinate Internal Alignment for New Customers
- Act as the voice of the customer within Trackunit, ensuring technical requirements and feedback from new leads are effectively communicated to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with Product Management to share insights on market trends and customer needs, directing product development and roadmap priorities.
- Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and best practices to optimize the technical sales process and improve the customer experience.
