We are hiring a Salesforce FSC Solution Architect for a remote, PT contract with one of our clients in Consulting.

Job Details

This is to start ASAP for 4 months, 15 hours / week. This will be paid at an hourly rate of $75-85/h w2 or $80-100/h C2C/LLC

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitates discovery workshops, gather customer requirements, understand customer personas and elicit user stories  
• Assess client current architecture and architect solutions that meet client needs  
• Create solution design and articulate design to client and team; articulate value and gain buy-off; ensure user story definition clarity and perform quality reviews  
• Develop POCs and demos to articulate design concepts to client, including best practice recommendations; elicit feedback and adjust design to meet needs  
• Demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise applications commonly integrated to and utilized in financial services companies  
• Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure standards are met or exceeded  
• Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing  
• Understands the technical depth of the project and validates the correct resources for the project  
• Participates in design and code reviews  
• Provides release planning, devops governance and deployment plans  
• Conducts unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing  
• Writes technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) jointly with the technical team members  
• Documents build plans and delegates work to team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading external, client-facing technical consulting services for complex system implementations  
• 3+ years developing custom Salesforce applications  
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud: FSC features, functionality and data model  
• Experience in enterprise-level projects using Agile software development methodologies  
• Ability to lead technical requirements gathering & solution design sessions with clients  
• Superior Salesforce development and design skills including: Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools  
• Deep familiarity with one or more Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud; alternatively understanding of nCino operation application  
• Experience deploying web-based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including REST, APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML
